These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at aeviternaldesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Aeviternal Designs LLC, a limited liability company formed in Illinois, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). Aeviternal Designs LLC is a solo creative studio offering graphic design, illustration, and photography services. Through this Site you may browse our portfolio, submit commission inquiries, purchase digital and physical products through our store, and sign up for our mailing list.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to artwork, illustrations, photographs, logos, text, design elements, and code, is the exclusive property of Aeviternal Designs LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of portfolio work with attribution is permitted provided it links back to the original source and does not imply endorsement.
Commission work produced for clients becomes subject to any ownership terms agreed upon in the commission agreement for that project. In the absence of a written agreement to the contrary, Aeviternal Designs LLC retains the right to display commissioned work in our portfolio.
4. Commission Inquiries
Submitting a commission inquiry through our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of services. All commission projects are subject to separate written agreement between you and Aeviternal Designs LLC covering scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and revisions. Work will not commence until both parties have agreed in writing.
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent automated spam. By submitting the form you agree to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service as they apply to reCAPTCHA.
5. Store & Purchases
Products listed in our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of products at any time. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. via their hosted checkout. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Aeviternal Designs LLC does not receive, process, or store your payment card information.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange; please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you experience an issue with your order. We will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

We use third-party services including Google Fonts, Stripe, Brevo, and Matomo as part of normal site operation. Use of this Site constitutes acceptance that these services may process certain data about you as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
