This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies Aeviternal Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses on this website (aeviternaldesigns.com), why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

This policy was last updated on May 15, 2026.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or whether you have already been counted as a visitor today. Cookies are not programs and cannot execute code or carry viruses.

In addition to traditional cookies, this policy also covers other technologies that achieve similar results, such as JavaScript trackers that transmit data to third-party servers when a page loads.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers

Some features of this website load resources from third-party servers. Even where no cookie is set by those services, loading their resources causes your browser to send your IP address to them. The following table discloses each third-party service, why it is used, and what data it may receive.

5. International Data Transfers

Google LLC and Stripe, Inc. are US-based companies. When their services load, data including your IP address is transferred to servers in the United States. These transfers occur each time a page loads and are inherent to how these services are delivered. If you are located in a jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions (such as the European Economic Area), please be aware of this. We load these services because they are technically necessary for core site functionality (fonts, payment processing) or bot protection.

6. Managing Your Preferences

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Preferences tab that appears at the bottom edge of every page. Selecting "Strictly Necessary Only" will disable our analytics tracking cookie and prevent Matomo from loading.

Please note that strictly necessary cookies (PHPSESSID and aev_consent) cannot be disabled through our banner, as they are required for the site to function. You may delete all cookies through your browser settings at any time; consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.

Disabling third-party fonts (Google Fonts) is not possible through our consent banner as they are integral to the site's appearance. If this is a concern, browser extensions such as uBlock Origin can block requests to these domains.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove services from the site. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
