Our Commitment

Aeviternal Designs LLC is committed to making aeviternaldesigns.com accessible to all visitors, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and high-contrast display modes. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard wherever reasonably practicable for a one-person independent studio.

Measures Taken

• All pages include a skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users.
• All images include descriptive alt text, or explicit empty alt attributes where images are purely decorative.
• All form inputs are associated with visible labels via <label for> elements or aria-label attributes.
• Interactive elements including buttons and icon-only controls carry aria-label attributes.
• Decorative SVG elements are marked aria-hidden="true" so screen readers skip them.
• The HTML lang attribute is set to en on all pages.
• Navigation landmarks are used throughout to support assistive technology navigation.
• Focus order follows a logical reading sequence on all pages.
• Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information.
• Font sizes are set in relative units and respond to browser text-size preferences.

Known Limitations

• The interactive constellation on the homepage uses SVG and custom JavaScript. Keyboard navigation and ARIA roles are implemented but complex custom widgets can present challenges for some assistive technology combinations.
• Third-party services including Stripe Checkout, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google Fonts are outside our control and may have their own accessibility limitations.
