Commission Inquiries

When you submit a commission request through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, project description, price range, and any other details you choose to include. This information is stored in our database and used solely to evaluate, respond to, and manage commission requests.

Shop / Purchase Data

When you purchase a product from our store, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout. Aeviternal Designs LLC never receives or stores your payment card information. Stripe processes the transaction and returns an order confirmation containing your name, email address, shipping address (if applicable), and the items purchased. We retain this order data for fulfillment and record-keeping.

Mailing List Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our mailing list, your email address is transmitted to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider, for sending newsletters and studio updates. Brevo processes this data per their own Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Analytics Data

With your consent (via our cookie banner), we load Matomo, a privacy-focused analytics platform we self-host. Matomo is configured to operate without cookies and with IP address anonymization. It collects anonymized page-view data, browser type, and referring URL for aggregate traffic analysis. No personally identifiable information is stored. We also maintain a simple daily visit counter that records aggregate counts only.

Technical / Server Data

Our web server automatically logs standard access data including IP addresses, timestamps, and requested URLs, used for security and diagnostics only.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The following third-party services may receive data about you as part of normal site operation:

  • Matomo (self-hosted): Analytics, active only with your consent. All data stays on our own infrastructure.
